OUR CLASSES

CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes are the heart of CFOTR—a dynamic mix of strength, conditioning, and fun. Every class is coach-led and designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel amazing.


Each session includes:


  • A guided warm-up to prep your body
     
  • Skill or strength work to build technique and power
     
  • A workout (WOD) that’s constantly varied—no two days are the same!
     

Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned athlete, every workout is scalable to your level. We meet you where you are and help you progress safely and confidently. All you need to bring is a good attitude—we’ll take care of the rest.


Expect high-fives, great music, and a supportive community that pushes you to be your best!

Accelerate

 Accelerate is our bootcamp-style group class designed to help you boost endurance, build strength, and increase lean muscle—all in a fun, fast-paced environment. No experience is required—just show up and be ready to move!


Each class is built around functional, effective movements using accessible equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, rowers, and more. Every workout is scalable to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey, ensuring you get the safest and most effective workout possible.

  • Burn fat and boost muscle tone
     

Classes are offered in both 45- and 60-minute formats, as listed on our weekly schedule.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning class delivers a focused blend of functional strength training and metabolic conditioning—without the barbell cycling or high-skill gymnastics often seen in CrossFit.


Each class is thoughtfully structured and includes:


  • A guided warm-up to activate and prepare
     
  • Progressive strength work using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, and bodyweight movements
     
  • Conditioning circuits designed to build stamina, torch calories, and boost overall athleticism
     

Perfect for those who want to get stronger, leaner, and more confident in and out of the gym. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, this class is scalable to all levels and led by expert coaches every step of the way.

Open Gym

Need extra time to lift, practice skills, or make up a workout? Open Gym gives you the freedom to train on your terms—at your own pace, with your own focus.


Whether you're following a personalized program, dialing in technique, or just getting in some extra movement, a coach is always on-site to offer guidance, ensure safety, and answer questions.


Open Gym is included with all memberships and is a great time to:


  • Work on strength or mobility
     
  • Practice specific skills (like double-unders or Olympic lifts)
     
  • Do a missed WOD or recovery session
     
  • Move without the clock
     

We keep the space welcoming, supportive, and fun—just like our classes. Come make the most of your time in the gym!

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids program is all about movement, confidence, and fun! Designed for ages 3–11, this class helps kids build a strong foundation in fitness through age-appropriate games, skill work, and workouts that keep them engaged and excited. 


Each session includes:


  • A dynamic warm-up to get moving
     
  • Basic bodyweight and functional movements
     
  • Fun, structured workouts (with lots of play!)
     
  • A focus on coordination, teamwork, and self-confidence
     

Our coaches create a positive and safe environment where kids can burn energy, learn new skills, and feel successful—no matter their age or ability. It’s fitness made fun and accessible, with lifelong benefits beyond the gym.

Just Getting Started? Try Fundamentals

 Your First Step into CrossFit—Personalized, Supportive, and Beginner-Friendly


New to CrossFit? Our Fundamentals Onboarding Program is designed to help you build confidence, master the basics, and feel fully prepared before joining group classes.


Here’s what’s included:

  • Four 1-on-1 sessions (60 minutes each) scheduled at your convenience
     
  • Movement instruction, modifications, and progressions tailored to your goals and fitness level
     
  • A 2-week limited group class membership so you can start exploring workouts at your own pace
     
  • Your Fundamentals coach will also attend your first group CrossFit class with you, so you’ll never walk in alone
     

We meet you where you are—no matter your background—and make sure you feel strong, safe, and supported every step of the way!
